This is My First Ever Wedding cake! This was a massive cake and probably the most difficult i have every made. This is a Red Velvet cake with raspberry and strawberry fillings. There is a gold beaded ribbon on the bottom of the tiers. The whole Cake is covered in buttercream frosting. I had help from my best friend Bri. She helped so much with the cake and also with keeping my 2 year old out of it. Couldnt of done it without her.

Welcome to Kicks Cakes!
My name is Britni Spafford. I'm 22 years old and live in Orem, Utah with my husband of four years and beautiful two year old daughter! I stay at home with my toddler during the day and work part time at night.
While I'm at home I'm doing cakes! Though I'm new to the professional cake world I have loved working with cakes that I have had the chance to make.
My mother was a big inspiration for me to start making professional cakes. Growing up she would make a homemade birthday cake for me and my sisters. While she did this she taught me things I could do with butter cream frosting. I loved every minute I spent baking in the kitchen with her. This past year I started experimenting with fondant and have really come to love working with it.
